How quickly will we receive our event photos?
Sneak peeks are delivered within 24 hours of your event. The full edited gallery is delivered within two weeks. If you need everything faster, rush delivery options are available: full gallery within 24 hours for $1,000, or within 12 hours for $2,000.

Do I need event photography if I already have a Headshot Lounge booking?
The Headshot Lounge captures individual portraits. Event photography covers everything else: keynote speakers, panel discussions, sponsor activations, networking moments, and the atmosphere of the event as a whole. They serve different purposes and work well together. When you book both, there are no additional travel fees.

What does a Danger Booth event photographer actually cover?
Our photographers can cover the full scope of your event: arriving before doors open and staying through the final session. That includes keynotes, breakouts, sponsor areas, networking time, and any moments your team flags as priorities. We’ll work with you to come up with a detailed shot list so nothing gets missed.

Do you provide event photography outside of Orlando?
Yes. Event photography is available nationally. Travel is custom quoted based on your event location and duration. For events that include a Headshot Lounge booking, no additional travel fees apply for the photographer.
