Another year - another Taste! We were back at it again with Boston Magazine for their annual Taste event hosted at the Boston Children’s Museum. We had so much fun in 2015 an 2016 and were thrilled to bring some photo booth fun to 2018! This year, we got to work with an on-theme knife/fork photo booth backdrop and some “taste”-y photo booth props. For those looking for a quick break between bites, a photo booth photo was the perfect pause!
We were so thrilled to be a part of the first annual Sneaker Soiree at Omni Parker House hosted by Girls on The Run! GOTR is a non-profit girls empowerment program with a mission to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Although you can’t see in the photo booth photos, but guests were encouraged to wear cocktail attire plus their favorite sneakers :) We loved their glittery silver photo booth backdrop and enthusiasm for taking photo booth photos! Thanks for having us GOTR and we hope to join you again next year!
Sweat, Sip, & Swipe was fun and free influencer event was hosted by some awesome Boston partners - Lynx Fitness Club, Bumble + Booty By Brabants. First, guests attended a Bumble Pre-Party in Avenue 34 where they were treated to some free Bumble swag and a complimentary braid bar with Salon Acote. Next, guests got their sweat on with a Booty by Brabants Workout Class . Finally, guests headed to the Lynx Fitness Club x Truly After Party where snacks, sips, and The Danger Booth awaited them! Thanks to all the guests and partners for getting dangerous with us!
Back again for the annual Bain & Company Halloween Party! The office takes things seriously and gets into each year! We had such a blast in 2014 and 2017 and loved seeing the 2018 costume line-up. Their festive orange spooky forest photo booth backdrop really made the photo booth photos pop! From Pikachu to pumpkins - this party did not disappoint!
Another month - another CreativeMornings! We love sponsoring CreativeMornings Boston and had a blast for the October event at WeWork Cambridge. The concept of CreativeMornings is simple: breakfast and a short talk one Friday morning a month. Every event is free of charge and open to anyone! Each month has a theme and in October the theme was Honesty and we welcomed AK Ikwuakor to speak! The Danger Booth was there offering free head shots for the crowd :)
AK Ikwuakor, also known as Coach AK, is a former professional athlete, entrepreneur, educational consultant and speaker who has traveled to 30+ countries working with students, professional athletes, coaches, governmental agencies, celebrities, CEO’s, employees of Fortune 100 companies, scholars, and community leaders from around the world through his entrepreneurial ventures. He has led an unorthodox path which began by narrowly missing the 2008 Olympic games in Beijing, China, to working at top educational institutions such as Phillips Exeter Academy and the St. Paul’s School, to now a founding a fashion company for athletes. AK has been featured in Sports Illustrated, Nike, Yurbuds, Women’s Health, Sony, Fox Sports, The Doctors, and Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader? with his triplet brother. (Unfortunately, they were not smarter than a 5th Grader.)
AKs session focused on finding your “why” as well as sharing personal insights from stories he captured during his year-long travel and what he learned about the power of honesty after hitting rock bottom.
